Macon County Detention Center
The Macon County Detention Center (MCSO), of Macon County, North Carolina, elected South Western Communications for the installation of a new Control Panel and surveillance system in 2011. MCSO officials saw this as a crucial installation for updated security and surveillance control and were in dire need of a new system to replace an outdated control panel. After reviewing multiple bids, MCSO selected SWC to service and install their new equipment. Offices of the detention center were pleased with the state-of-the-art system provided as well as the installation and service support received from South Western Communications.
